LA Primetime TV and Arcadia Medical and Cosmetic Center are proud to present the Beautiful Moments World Photography & Essay Contest.
They are welcome anyone who is at least 18 years of age to submit a photo of a particularly touching, beautiful moments he/she has personally shot and edited. Professional and amateur photographers are welcome to participate.
Acceptable themes include, but are not limited to, the following: family, love, overcoming challenges, humankind’s technological or cultural achievements, notable personal or public events, nature, and animals.
Prizes:
First Prize – $5000
Second Prize – $2000
Third Prize – $1000
Each winner will receive a “Certificate of Excellence Award.”
The Top 10 winners will be announced on June 5, 2018 and each winner will receive, in addition to a certificate, a “Top 10” trophy and $200 (unless they are also a Top 3 winner).
The Top 50 winners will be announced on May 28, 2018
The Top 10 winners will also be invited as guests of honor to the annual AHMC Health Foundation Gala, to be held on June 23, 2018 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. Transportation and accommodations will not be provided.
The top three winners will be announced at this event. All prizes will be awarded no later than July 15, 2018.
Entry deadline: 18th May 2018
Image requirements: JPEG/JPG format, 15 MB or less and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,600 pixels tall (if a vertical image).
Only one photo is permitted. Multiple submissions are not allowed.
An essay of 200-500 words (English or Chinese) describing the beautiful moment in the photo.
